You agree not to:

5. Client Engagements
Service engagements are governed by the specific terms in your service agreement. In general:
- Minimum terms: LLM Seeding and Reddit services require a 3-month minimum commitment. Digital PR requires a 6-month minimum. After the minimum period, services continue month-to-month.
- Payment: invoices are issued monthly and are due within 14 days of receipt unless otherwise agreed.
- Cancellation: either party may terminate a month-to-month engagement with 30 days written notice.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the course of an engagement. This includes but is not limited to strategies, data, reports, and account credentials. This obligation survives termination of the engagement.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our website and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
While we strive to deliver measurable results for our clients, we do not guarantee specific outcomes such as AI citation frequency, search rankings, or traffic volumes, as these depend on factors outside our control including algorithm changes and market conditions.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CiteDelta shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CiteDelta, its officers, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these terms or your use of our services in a manner not authorized by your service agreement.
